The Second Annual SF Fine Art Fair (SFFAF) returns in 2011 as one of the highlights in the Bay Area for the best in Post Modern and Contemporary Art. While large enough to rank as a major international art fair with 60+ galleries, the fair also lends itself into a cozy boutique setting on the pier, providing visitors with a fun and manageable viewing experience. Held in the Fort Mason Festival Pavilion, with sweeping and spectacular views of SF Bay and the Golden Gate Bridge, makes it an ideal setting to explore art, photography, performance, and installation while meeting many of the nations' top art dealers. Celebrating the remarkable 140th Anniversary of the venerable San Francisco Art Institute, the May 19, pre-opening celebration is benefiting San Francisco Arts Commission's ArtCare, whose mission is to restore aging and damaged public artworks in San Francisco. Teaming up with the City of San Francisco and the San Francisco Arts Commission, this year's Lifetime Achievement Award, which will be given to long time local art supporter Richard L.
